HomeKept HQ connects US homeowners with vetted local home-service professionals. When you submit our inspection request form, we share your contact details with one local contractor in your area who will contact you to schedule a free inspection.
No Guarantee of Outcome
The free inspection offered through our service is provided by an independent local contractor, not by HomeKept HQ. We do not perform the inspection ourselves and we do not guarantee any particular outcome, quote, or work product from the contractor. We do not guarantee insurance coverage of any kind, nor do we represent any insurance carrier.
No Obligation
Requesting a free inspection through our service places you under no obligation to hire the contractor or to purchase any service. The inspection is free with no strings attached.
Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, current information when submitting any form on our website. Submitting false or misleading information may result in your request being declined.
Limitation of Liability
HomeKept HQ provides this matching service on an "as-is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the conduct, work quality, or pricing of any independent contractor with whom we connect you. Any dispute over services rendered should be addressed directly with the contractor.
Communications
By submitting a form, you consent to be contacted by HomeKept HQ and by the contractor we match you with, by phone, SMS, or email, to confirm and schedule your inspection. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS or by emailing us.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
